Nighttime Vulnerability Assessment - Arup
A platform designed to replace a fragmented manual workflow used by Arup's lighting team to assess how safe public spaces feel at night for marginalised communities. The team collected measurements at pinpointed locations at midnight, returned to enter data the next day and manually compiled images across multiple sites.
As the sole designer working with a cross-functional delivery squad, I led the design from research through to a working MVP that automated data capture, measurement processing and report generation.
The full MVP was delivered and adopted by the team and later took an incremental approach to add more functionality like a client-facing portal to view reports online.
Quant Tracker - Arup
A quantity surveying workflow that existed entirely in one person's head needed to be made transferable and scalable before that knowledge walked out the door.
I led product definition, research and wireframing across three pivots in two months, from workflow automation to legal claims management to project-level cost and carbon oversight for project managers and directors. The design reached detailed wireframes including a forward-thinking smart reporting concept that automatically surfaced significant project changes in plain language for the PM/PD before they began building a client report, ahead of when AI-driven interfaces became mainstream.
The initiative was discontinued when the effort estimate outweighed the business case and stakeholders could not align on priorities.
eSplash - PeninsulaHACK 2020
Won first prize at PeninsulaHACK 2020, a 2-day COVID hackathon. A water awareness tool built around gamification and social engagement to promote sustainable water use. Sole designer in a team of three, leading from brief and concept development to final presentation.

I am a Product Designer based in Sydney with six years of experience across enterprise platforms, internal tools and workflow-heavy digital products. I specialise in translating unclear briefs and competing requirements into structured solutions that teams can build and ship. I work closely with product managers, engineers and business stakeholders, from problem framing and discovery through to delivery and iteration. A prior career in finance gave me a grounding in business analysis, stakeholder research and commercial decision-making that carries into how I approach design problems today.

Sole designer on a full website redesign following the TPG and Vodafone merger. Led the design system build, information architecture, lead generation optimisation and discovery reserach for Wholesale segment. Worked directly with the Digital Lead, developers, marketing and product managers across multiple business units.
